  • Cancellation Terms

    • Within 31 days - 01 Night retention

    • Before 15 days - 50% of Total Amount.

    • Before 7 days - Full retention 100% Advance Payment

    • Airport pick up and drop service complimentary for Hotel Charu Palace Leh Ladakh.

  • Important Note

    • It is compulsory to carry the accommodation voucher to avoid inconvenience during check-in.

    • 50% cancellation of total billing amount (inclusive of 25% Non Refundable / transferable advance Payment) will be charged if cancelled before 15 days of arrival date.

    • Due to natural calamities like flood / landslides / road block clients are unable to reach at campsite, credit note can be issued which can be utilized at any of our campsite /hotel / transport (supplement or reduction extra) till October 2024
